Life is a trip. A long, wonderful journey that takes you places you never expected. I studied to be a lawyer, now I’m a freelance writer and blogger. I never imagined I’d live in Europe but here I am, living in the Netherlands with my husband and 2 daughters. I wasn't athletic and didn't participate in sports growing up, but these days I proudly proclaim that I'm a runner and participate in races every chance I get.
This blog is a place for me to share my journey including travels with my family which have taken us from Amsterdam to Zanzibar, musings on motherhood and my experiences as an expat, because believe me, these things are definitely a trip. I'll also detail my quest to "run the world" as I continue to combine travel and running, adding to the destination races I've already run in Paris, Amsterdam, Nice and Orlando.
